- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪READ THIS! Today we took my sweet baby puppy to the Clinic. We made sure to ask that he was healthy enough and old enough to go. The vets responded "yes" the neuter service would be fast and an easy procedure. My Mother received a call later that my dog did NOT make it through the procedure. This is a neuter procedure, what this clinic is supposed to be a specialist at. My dog is dead. From the inattentive staff at this clinic and an overdose of anastesisa. My mom went to pick our puppy's body up and they wanted to charge her... for killing our dog. This is terrible. When she asked to go back and see him their "recovery" was to put him on a heating pad on the ground. I am extremely upset for our loss and I would like to share my experience to promote awareness to others to NEVER go to this clinic. It may be inexpensive, but there is a reason for that. No words can express the loss of my dear puppy, Ralphie. He was a member of my family and I loved him like a son. PLEASE DON'T HAVE THIS SAME EXPERIENCE!
