  The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly especially Brian. When I called I spoke with him and he explained everything giving me the cost of the procedures. There were no hidden charges, in fact when I got there they gave me a discount because of a special they were running in Jun. As soon as my dog came out of anesthesia, they called and let me know how he was doing. When I went and picked him up they told me what a sweet dog I had and he loved to be held. Brian said he would go and just snuggle him. I appreciate the personal touch they provided.

  The staff at quail pointe are great! Excellent with both pets and people! Follow up calls to make sure everything is going ok and the pricing is very competitive. Dr Ford is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that relates and is better understood by anyone. They give us all of the options and pricing up front so we can make the best decisions for our fur-family. I am confident they have our pets best interest in mind.

  Our cat was very sick and our original vet acted like it was no big deal and tried to put us out a month and a half. I called Quail point and they were willing to get me in same day and do dental the next day if that's what she needed (we knew it was what she needed). We took her in and everyone was very kind and professional and they did her surgery next day as promised. They gave us an upfront quote even for worse case scenario. She didn't need everything done that they quoted so when we went to pick her up they lowered the price!! Amazing! I will be taking my dog here from now on as well! Thank you!
